Terms and Conditions:

-Participants agree hold Designs In Dentistry harmless against any and all claims, costs, and expenses, including attorney's fees, due to materials included in the submitted pictures for which no copyright permission or privacy release is required, or for which uses exceed the uses allowed pursuant to a permission or release.

-You must be 21+ years old to participate

-You must be an established patient or referred by an established patient of Designs In Dentistry, Folsom, CA 

- Except where prohibited by law participation constitutes permission for Designs In Dentistry to use the winner’s name and photo,  for advertising/publicity purposes  in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further notice to or compensation in connection with this contest and any Prize awarded.

Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the current raffle/offer/contest will not be eligible for any prize.

Contestant agrees that when participating in the current raffle/offer/contest, he or she will not engage in any illegal and/or inappropriate activities.

- If, for any reason, the with the current raffle/offer/contest is not capable of running as originally planned, Designs In Dentistry at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the contest or any portion thereof.

-Each Participant and,  further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Designs In Dentistry and their employees from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Raffle; to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Designs In Dentistry, and hereby acknowledge that the Designs In Dentistry have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize.

Winners, release Designs In Dentistry from any and all liability and responsibility with respect to prizes and/or the Cool Smile Basket Raffle (including any property loss, damage, personal, injury or death). In no event will Designs In Dentistry be liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of the with the current raffle/offer/contest prize.
